Meet The Team

April Wilkins née Morrison, grew up in Highgate. Prior to her massage therapy training, April completed a Bachelor of Physical Education and Kinesiology at Brock University.

It was that interest in human kinetics that led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. April graduated from Trillium College in 2013. Growing up, April participated in a number of competitive sports and her passion for sport has led her to specializing in deep tissue and sports injury treatment.

While at Trillium College, April participated in placements with the Niagara Ice Dogs, as well as the St.Catharines Rowing Club. Post graduation she has completed continuing education courses in sports injury and concussion treatment.

Although she enjoys therapeutic treatment, she believes regular massage treatment and relaxational massage are a vital part to a balanced lifestyle, and incorporates this into her treatment plans.

Piri is a hard working woman who always puts everything into doing the best job possible. She has had various jobs in the past that didn’t quite fit her personality and capabilities; that’s when she discovered her calling at Davey Chiropractic and Laser clinic.

She graduated from Medix College in London with her Medical Office Assistant diploma and has worked at various jobs all requiring patient care and social interactions with a wide range of age groups. She has lived the majority of her life outside of Bothwell and currently resides on her grandparent’s old property farming tobacco, corn and soybeans. Piri has been married to her high school sweetheart for nineteen years and they have been blessed with four beautiful and talented daughters.

Just like any mom, the years of childcare and physical labour have put a strain on her body. Fortunately Piri was introduced to Chiropractic and Laser Therapy. Through her experience she has discovered first hand how beneficial both are in regaining health. She is beyond excited to pass this knowledge on to her family members and community members so that they too can find a solution to their own struggles.
