Once you book your initial appointment with Dr. Davey we will e-mail you a short health questionnaire that you can fill out at your convenience before you come to the office.

Meeting with Dr. Davey

When you arrive for your first visit we will ask you to fill out a brief information sheet before you meet with Dr. Davey. Once he reviews your information Dr. Davey will sit down and talk with you about your health concerns and goals.

Initial Exam

When you are both confident that Dr. Davey has a clear understandings of your situation he will proceed with a detailed, scientifically based examination to discover more.

Scheduling follow-up Visit

Once Dr. Davey is satisfied he has obtained all of the relevant information related to your case you can schedule a second visit, as soon as the next day, so that he can review his findings and recommendations for you. On the second visit you will be given a comprehensive report folder detailing your case once Dr. Davey has discussed it with you.
