What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints.
Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’s) provide both therapeutic and relaxation massages. This includes prenatal massage, sports and deep tissue massage, massage for the elderly and children.
What Does Massage Therapy Treat?

● Alleviates chronic tension and pain
● Improves circulation
● Improves nerve conduction
● Increases joint flexibility
● Reduces mental and physical fatigue
● Relieves muscle tightness in back and neck areas
Massage therapy is often used along with chiropractic care and/or laser therapy to improve many musculoskeletal conditions as well as a person’s overall health and wellness. Our RMT’s work directly with Dr. Brett Davey on many cases to maximize patient results
Meet April
April grew up in Highgate, where her passion for competitive sports led her to a career in human kinetics.April completed her Bachelor of Physical Education and Kinesiology at Brock University, and began her massage therapy career at Trillium College where she graduated in 2013. During her studies, she participated in placements with the Niagara Ice Dogs as well as the St. Catherines Rowing Club.
Since then, April has completed continuing education courses and now specializes in deep tissue and sports injury and concussion treatment.Although she enjoys therapeutic treatment, she believes regular massage treatment and relaxational massage are a vital part to a balanced lifestyle, and incorporates this into her treatment plans.
